If someone gave you a SelfCheck reference — read out to you, written in a letter, or quoted in a document — enter it here. You do not need an account.

Dashes and letter case do not matter. If you were read the number aloud, do not worry about O against zero or I against one — both are accepted.

Both together, because a reference on its own is short enough to dictate and therefore short enough to guess. The address is the part a guesser does not have.

Nothing here says whether a reference exists. A number that was never issued, one that has expired, and one paired with the wrong address all give the same answer — otherwise a guess that happened to land would announce itself. If you were also sent a link, the link is the simpler route.
